Sinkhole Stabilization

Soil Erosion

Holes, depressions, cracks in the roadway, or soil erosion on the ground surface are most commonly related to stormwater drainage deficiencies and are signs of sinkhole activity requiring soil stabilization. Flotech is equipped to identify and repair the related conditions.

Compaction Pressure Grouting

The most common material used for sinkhole stabilization is cementitious grout. Flotech has performed over 300 Sinkhole Stabilization related to storm drains. Compaction Pressure Grouting offers a cost effective solution to traditional dig and replace methods.

Chemical Grouting

Flotech offers hydrophobic polyurethane injection grouting to repair sinkholes resulting from eroded ground sub-structure and subterranean voids. This method is NSF approved for being environmentally friendly since it does not leach any chemical into the soil or aquifer.
